Lincoln 2003
We've teamed up with Poacher Morris from
Lincoln a couple of times recently - one of our side has been working in Lincoln
over the winter and plays a bit and dances a bit with them. They came down to
Cosgrove last Christmas and we had the return leg in April. We were told
that the dancing would be starting at 11 a.m., so naturally we made sure we
arrived in plenty of time to find the pub where we were going to have lunch and
where we were going to leave the cars. And so having been in the pub for
an hour or so, we wandered along at about 11.15 to find that they really had
meant they were starting at 11! Here's a few pictures from the day.
Of course we did do some dancing, but we don't seem to have
any photographic evidence!
